Damaged Goods -- When you receive your shipment, check the package immediately for any signs of damage. If packaging is wet, crushed or punctured, notify the carrier immediately to file a damage claim.
Manufacturer’s Defect -- We make every effort to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event you find a defect in your product, please contact us immediately to arrange for replacement or a full refund. We WILL NOT accept the return if the items are not in their original condition.
Returns Policy -- Please note that there is a 15% restocking and inspection fee on returned items that are not defective. All items to be returned MUST BE unused, unwashed and in original packaging. DO NOT wash or use the merchandise until you are sure that you are not returning or exchanging it. If the item returned to us has been washed, used and/or soiled, we will return it to the customer at their expense.
You must request a refund within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Contact us with your order id for return instructions. We will issue it as soon as possible after we receive your return shipment. This will usually take 10-15 business days from when you ship the item to us. *We WILL NOT accept the return if the items are not in their original condition.
